History & background
Line 7 Sinnonhyeon opened in 2000 and Line 9 Nonhyeon in 2009; the two stations effectively form one commercial zone. Connected to Nonhyeon and Cheongdam commercial areas, foot traffic is high.
Why it's famous
Transfer and access to Gangnam, Garosu-gil, and Cheongdam draw commuters, shoppers, diners, and dates. Real-time population is very high at lunch and dinner.
