Sinchon Star Square
Sinchon Star Square is the underground station concourse, ground plaza, and commercial area around Sinchon Station. Connected to Line 2 and Gyeongui–Jungang Sinchon; shopping, dating, and through traffic are very heavy.
History & background
In the 2000s Sinchon Station underground mall and Star Square were improved, becoming a hub for Sinchon, Ewha, and Hongdae visitors. Gyeongui Line extension improved access.
Why it's famous
Sinchon transfer, underground mall, and ground plaza in one place; real-time population is very high on weekends and evenings. Connected on foot to Ewha and Hongdae.
Transport & access
Subway Line 2 and Gyeongui–Jungang Sinchon. City bus to Sinchon and Star Square. On foot to Ewha and Hongdae.
