Anyangcheon Stream

Anyangcheon is the stream and its embankment, bicycle path, and walking trails in southwestern Seoul. It passes Yangcheon-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Geumcheon-gu, and joins the Han River; cycling, walking, and running demand is high.

History & background

In the 2000s Anyangcheon was improved and embankment road and bicycle path were expanded, becoming a citizen rest and exercise space. Connects to Han River bicycle path; western Seoul's main cycling and walking course.

Why it's famous

Long bicycle path and walking trails; weekend and weekday running and cycling crowds flock. Real-time population is high on fine days.

Transport & access

Subway Line 2 Sindorim and Mullae, Line 5 Yangcheon-gu Office. City bus to Anyangcheon and embankment. Bicycle and walk to Anyangcheon path and Han River.
